HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders except **Canvas Wall Art.
**This product is a single-ship item. Canvas shipping charges are in addition to other products in your cart.
PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item (s) in 1-7 business days for most items, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.
Estimated Delivery
This is the reason for the delivery times below.
Depending on the item, it may take approximately 3-15 business days for delivery.
The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you with accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control.
**Please note that items may ship separately and have various processing and shipping times. We want to provide you with a wide variety of quality products, therefore we partner with multiple reputable manufacturers to produce our custom designs.**

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of the original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
ORDER TRACKING
Once shipped, you will receive email notifications and may log in to our website for real-time tracking. Note that some orders may be sent using multiple parcels. In these cases, you will receive multiple emails and tracking numbers.
Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.
RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE
For items received that are not as we described in our listing and defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost and replace the item ASAP.
All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For non-defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee + shipping cost. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee and shipping cost.
All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS.
Say It With Ease has the right to refuse returns that pass the 15-day allowed time after delivery.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:
If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. The orders will be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.
